Vandal-resistant flush or surface-mount panel from Comelit, BPT, Videx, or 2N. Available with call buttons for individual flats, a scrolling name directory, or keypad with code entry. Video panels include a wide-angle camera with night vision.
Indoor Handsets or Monitors
Audio handsets or colour video monitors for each flat or office. Comelit Icona and BPT Agata monitors provide a live camera feed, two-way speech, and door release at the touch of a button.
Electric Lock & Door Hardware
Electric strike, fail-safe maglock, or electric deadlatch on the communal entrance door — properly installed with an overhead door closer so the door actually shuts and locks behind people.
Professional Cabling
Comelit Simplebus and BPT two-wire systems minimise cabling — ideal for retrofit in existing buildings. For new builds, we install structured cabling with proper containment through risers and ceiling voids.
Access Credentials
Optional proximity fob or smart card entry for residents who need keyless access without using the intercom. Compatible with Paxton access control if you want a unified system.
Smartphone App Answering
2N IP Verso and Comelit systems support call forwarding to smartphones via the 2N Mobile Video app or Comelit app — residents can see who's at the door and release the lock from anywhere.

How it works
Building Survey
We visit the site, count entry points and units, check existing cabling, and assess whether a retrofit or new installation is needed. We also check the communal door, frame, and closer — because the best intercom in the world is useless if the door doesn't shut.
System Specification
We recommend the right manufacturer and model based on the number of units, building type, budget, and whether you need audio-only, video, or IP with smartphone access.
Installation
Our engineers install external panels, indoor handsets/monitors, electric locks, and cabling. We work flat-by-flat to minimise disruption to residents and coordinate access where needed.
Testing & Commissioning
Every handset is tested for call quality, video clarity, and door release. We check the electric lock engagement, door closer operation, and smartphone forwarding if applicable.
Handover & Aftercare
We hand over documentation to the building manager or landlord, demonstrate the system to residents, and provide ongoing maintenance support. Replacement handsets and spare fobs are available on short lead times.
